Responsibilities:
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join Kirklees’ established integrated sexual health service, with a focus on outreach and prevention.
Key Responsibilities Are you passionate about delivering innovative community services to vulnerable and marginalized populations? This includes looked\-after children, individuals affected by substance misuse, sexual exploitation, those involved in the sex industry, men who have sex with men, and people with complex health and social needs.
Our sexual health services provide clinical outreach, prevention, and health promotion to a diverse range of patients and service users. These services are delivered across various settings, including sex\-on\-premises venues, residential care homes, homeless shelters and refuges, street outreach, and from a clinical van.
The successful candidate will join a well\-established, multi\-disciplinary team of advanced nurse practitioners, nurses, prevention and engagement workers, and partnership managers. Collaboration and partnership working are central to delivering high\-quality sexual health care within the community.
