We are looking for a calm, reliable, and guest\-focused Assistant Night Manager to support the Night Manager in overseeing the hotel’s overnight operation. This role is key to ensuring guest safety, service excellence, and operational continuity during night hours. Working as second\-in\-command overnight, you will help supervise the Front Office Night Team, support the completion of Night Audit processes and provide excellent customer service, upholding Dominus and Curio Collection by Hilton’s values.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Night Manager in supervising the Front Office Night Team and maintaining high service standards.


• Oversee Front Office operations overnight, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, and guest support.


• Assist with the accurate and timely completion of Night Audit responsibilities.


• Compile clear handover reports for early shift teams and Duty Managers.


• Act as a point of contact for guest queries, VIP guests, and overnight requests.


• Support the implementation of security, emergency, and health safety procedures.


• Conduct regular night walks and safety checks across all hotel areas.


• Promote hotel services and upsell where appropriate to support overnight revenue.


• Maintain strong knowledge of hotel products, pricing, policies, and the local area.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a calm, professional approach.


• Confident multitasker with the ability to prioritise during night operations.


• Customer\-focused with strong problem\-solving skills.


• Able to remain composed and decisive under pressure.


• Sound understanding of Health Safety, security, and emergency procedures.


• Comfortable working independently while supporting a wider team.

• Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within a hotel environment.


• Comfortable working night shifts and taking responsibility overnight.


• Reliable, organised, and detail\-oriented.


• A supportive team player with a willingness to mentor and coach others.


• Flexible, resilient, and adaptable in a fast\-paced environment.
