Assistant Manager – The Nevill Arms, Medbourne

We are seeking a motivated, hardworking, and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join the team at The Nevill Arms, Medbourne.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supervisor looking to take the next step into management, or for an established Assistant Manager seeking a new challenge in a larger, high\-volume venue.

As Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day\-to\-day operation of our busy hospitality business, which includes a boutique hotel, restaurant, bar, and extensive outdoor dining and events spaces. You will work closely with the management team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, lead and develop staff, and help drive the continued success of the business.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous hospitality experience in a supervisory or management role preferred

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • A hands\-on approach with a positive attitude

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • The ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment

  • Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
