Role Overview
As part of the team you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive the highest levels of service each time they visit the store, this will include conversing with customers to understand their needs and providing a shoe fitting service. You will work as part of a team to help achieve a store lead sales target, along with maintaining store appearance and stockroom standards.
This role will have room for growth as we actively try to promote from within our business.
Responsibilities of Assistant Manager.
- Support the stores Head of Business with the daily running of the store.
- Engaging with and selling to customers on a daily basis; this will include fitting footwear, upselling product and making drinks for customers.
- Upholding The Brogue Trader’s high level of customer service and ensuring each customer has an excellent experience.
- Maintaining the stores appearance by upholding our cleanliness \& merchandising standards.
- Processing incoming and outgoing stock \& repairs along with maintaining stockroom standards.
- Contacting customers via phone call or email regarding their product.
- A positive “can\-do” attitude.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A great communicator with a natural flare for striking up conversation.
- Eagerness to learn and build on your retail and product knowledge.
- A flexible Team player who is always ready to go the extra mile.
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000\.00 per year
