Assistant Manager Shop/ cafe

Rex Bakery in Little Chalfont is looking for a new Assistant Manager. We have a wonderful anchorhead leader in place already for our long\-established shop, and need an additional senior staff member to support \& sometimes lead the team and busy shifts. • We support charity \- across our bakeries we raise funds for Neuroblastoma, we donate our unsold product each day to the Epilepsy Centre \& food shelters, we raised \>£1k for Ukraine Unicef by making \& selling Ukranian Biscotti.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be involved in everything from selling \& serving, merchandising, managing stocks \& deliveries, presentation of the bakery, waiting tables, of course making coffee, clearing up, closing down, setting up shop, inspiring the team and working with the oversight of the Shop Supervisor and alongside the existing team to generally operate the business.
