The Bridge is an exciting new restaurant and lounge bar in Charfield, bringing together vibrant Mediterranean\-style food, expertly made cocktails and relaxed, modern hospitality.

We’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to help us create a venue with real energy and personality. This is an opportunity to join The Bridge at the beginning, help shape the way we work and become an important part of our growing team.

You’ll work alongside the Restaurant Manager, leading the team during service, maintaining high standards and helping create a lively, welcoming atmosphere for every guest—whether they’re joining us for dinner, cocktails or a relaxed evening in the lounge.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a busy restaurant, bar or hospitality venue


• Enjoys cocktails, great food and modern hospitality


• Can motivate, train and support a team


• Brings confidence, warmth and positive energy to the floor


• Is organised, reliable and comfortable taking responsibility


• Wants to develop their career and help build something exciting
