Shift Pattern: Monday\-Friday, 8:00\-16:30, 40 hours per week

Salary: £34,000 per annum

Location: M3 3BG

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in the day\-to\-day operation, deputising in their absence and taking ownership of key administrative duties.

  • Lead, coach and motivate a team of 17, ensuring high standards of service and engagement.

  • Conduct HR meetings and investigations in line with company policies and procedures.

  • Utilise Office 365 to manage reporting, communications and operational administration.

  • Take a hands\-on approach across Front and Back of House, supporting service delivery wherever needed.

  • Support a high\-volume catering operation, serving up to 800 customers on peak days, with growth to 3,500 daily customers anticipated.
