Assistant Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled hospitality manger to assist in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills to drive the team towards success.
Duties:
\- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction are maintained
\- Manage and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
\- Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
\- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
\- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Experience:
\- Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry
\- Proficient supervising, coaching, and training staff
\- Experience in bartending is advantageous
\- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
