We are excited to announce that we are actively searching for a capable and experienced second Assistant Manager to become an integral part of our exceptional team!

Responsibilities
\- Assist in managing the day\-to\-day operations of the establishment
\- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
\- Help with food preparation and service when necessary
\- Supervise team members to ensure efficient workflow
\- Maintain food safety standards and cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
\- Support in managing inventory and ordering supplies
\- Assist in training new employees on company policies and procedures

Qualifications
\- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, ideally in a pub, restaurant, or similar setting
\- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations
\- Strong leadership and team management skills
\- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
\- Experience in bartending is advantageous but not essential

Pay: £33,000\.00 per year
