What You’ll Do:
· Commit to the highest standards of service and focus on genuine hospitality and operational excellence.
· Work closely with the management team to oversee the smooth running of all operations and above all guest satisfaction.
· Make sure that every guest experience is memorable going above and beyond their expectations.
· Inspire, motivate and train your team to deliver the highest levels of service and genuine, warm hospitality.
· Build relationships with both our regular guests and local businesses to show our commitment to the local community.
· Lead the business with a hands\-on approach to your role and ensuring that you consistently support your team in day\-to\-day operations.
· Ensure compliance with licensing, health \& safety, hygiene standards to maintain a 5\* EHO rating.
· Drive marketing, promotions, community engagement and footfall.
· Be a visible “face” of the venue: hands\-on leadership, guest experience, problem resolution.
About you:
· Previous experience as manager in a busy restaurant / pub
· Passion and knowledge of restaurants, good cooking and great customer service.
· Strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills.
· Commercially aware: able to manage budgets, drive revenue and control costs.
· Good knowledge of licencing laws, health \& safety, hygiene, food and beverage operations.
· Flexible approach to work.
