- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Learn to finish product with a carving knife.
- Clean machinery and the factory after production.
- Help with stock rotation and inventory checks.
- To Manage line when manager require.
- To assist manager with Health and Hygiene stanards and record keeping.
- To motivate colleagues to work to output levels required.
- To assist with training new staff.
- Previous food production or factory work experience essential.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices essential.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene required, we’ll train you if you don’t have it.
- Positive attitude, willing to learn and develop.
- Available to start immediately or at short notice.
As candidate shows ability to assist with leading the team, pay will increase accordingly.
