Our Internal Finance \& Controlling team plays a strategic role in supporting decision making, performance monitoring and sustainable growth across the organization.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Assistant Manager – Finance Controlling with 4–5 years of relevant experience.

Working closely with the Controlling Manager, you will:
- Controlling \& Performance Management
+ Monitor budgets, forecasts and variances, providing clear explanations and action\-oriented recommendations.
+ Support implementation and follow\-up of KPIs.
- Budgeting \& Forecasting
+ Coordinate with business units to gather assumptions and ensure consistent, reliable figures.
- Reporting, Data Integrity \& Reconciliation
+ Ensure data consistency across sources and perform financial reconciliations.
+ Improve reporting tools/dashboards and ensure compliance with policies, standards and deadlines.
- Process, Tools Improvement \& Projects
+ Support firmwide financial projects (new reporting frameworks, tools, regulatory or group requirements).
+ Promote best practices and internal controls.
- Business Partnering
+ Provide financial analyses (profitability, costs, investments, ad hoc studies).
+ Help non\-finance stakeholders understand financial impacts and drive performance.
Your skills
---------------
- Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or related field.
- Experience: 4–5 years’ experience in finance \& controlling, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Technical Skills:
+ Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
+ Experience with data reconciliation.
+ Very good command of Excel; experience with ERP systems and BI/reporting tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI)
- Languages: Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Soft Skills:
+ Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple deadlines.
+ Good communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders.
+ Proactive, curious and keen to improve processes and tools.
