Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager/Duty Manager for Copper Still on Edinburgh's Royal Mile.

Copper Still specialises in great Scottish food, fabulous breakfast, cocktails and Scottish craft beer. We are looking for an experienced, pro\-active and customer focused manager to join our vibrant team who enjoy working in busy environments. Open from 9am daily.

We are looking for experienced hands on Managers who lead by example \-

Responsibilities
This is a “hands on” role and you will be responsible for:

• Customer facing, meeting, seating, greeting guests


• Deputising in the General Manager's absence


• Managing the staff, serving and dealing with customers


• Focusing on offering the highest levels of service to our customers


• Daily controlling salary budgets


• Opening, closing and ensuring company policies are adhered to


• Training and mentoring of staff
