Recruiting Restaurant Assistant Manager for Chop House.

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Market Street site in Edinburgh. Ideally you'll have experience in a high end restaurants, with a natural flair for first class service and a love for all things people.

As well as having a professional experience in;

• Being onsite in absence of Restaurant Manager.


• Running service in a busy fast paced hospitality environment


• Completing daily site compliance checks

We offer candidates excellent base rates £13 per hour (£30,420 per year) \+ TRONC \& Cash gratuities. (£3\-4 per hour extra ) averages at an extra 9k per year. Totalling £39,000 per year average earnings.
