We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in the role of Strategy and Communications specialist. This pivotal position will directly support the Global CTO and the leadership team by driving efficient communication strategies, coordinating executive\-level initiatives, and ensuring seamless operational support. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills with a passion for delivering impact at the executive level.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Meeting Coordination: Draft agendas, manage invitations, and compile pre\-read materials for leadership meetings. Capture and distribute meeting notes and action items to relevant stakeholders.

  • Executive Briefing and Support: Prepare high\-quality briefing materials and speaking notes for the Global CTO for key meetings, presentations, and events.

  • Communication Strategy Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive communication strategy for the CTO organization, ensuring consistent messaging and stakeholder engagement.

  • Event planning: Organizing meetings and events for our leadership team, ensuring accommodation meets our requirements and detailed itineraries are available to all participants.

Qualifications

Essentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent is preferred.

  • Proven experience in business analysis, executive communication, or a similar role.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience preparing executive\-level materials.

  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial oversight.

  • Experience coordinating cross\-functional initiatives and working with senior leaders.

Personal independence
