We’re Hiring – Assistant Manager at Parlour
Parlour is one of London’s most exciting restaurant–bar–pub venues, proudly listed among the Top 100 Gastropubs in Great Britain.
Since opening in 2012, we have built our reputation on seasonal British food, great drinks, and warm, genuine hospitality, serving our local communities in Queen’s Park and Kensal Rise seven days a week, from brunch through to dinner and drinks. Alongside Parlour, the group also includes Six Portland Road and Events by Harvest.
We are now looking for a confident and hands\-on Assistant Manager to support the leadership team and help drive the business forward. Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in the day\-to\-day running of the venue, ensuring a consistently high level of service, strong team performance, and smooth operations across the floor. This is a role that requires presence, energy, and attention to detail, leading by example while maintaining a clear understanding of the wider business.
The ideal candidate will already have experience in a similar role, or be a strong Supervisor or Floor Manager ready to step up, with solid leadership skills, good commercial awareness, and a proactive approach within a fast\-paced hospitality environment. You will be involved in all aspects of the operation, from supporting labour and stock management to training and developing the front\-of\-house team, always maintaining standards in line with Parlour’s values and reputation.
This is a full\-time position requiring flexibility, including evenings and weekends. We offer a competitive salary depending on experience, alongside opportunities for progression within a growing group, ongoing training and development, and a supportive and dynamic working environment.
