Aromi is an independent Sicilian café and restaurant business known for authentic food, great coffee and vibrant, fast\-paced service. Our Cambridge cafés serve freshly made focaccia, pizza slices, pastries and traditional Italian coffee.

We’re looking for an energetic, hands\-on Assistant Manager to help lead one of our busy cafés.

You’ll work alongside the team—welcoming customers, making coffee, serving food and keeping service running smoothly. You’ll also support the Café Manager with team leadership, training, opening and closing, stock control, cleanliness and daily operational standards.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Loves delivering warm and memorable service


• Is confident leading a team during busy periods


• Takes pride in great coffee, food and presentation


• Is organised, dependable and willing to get stuck in


• Loves Training and getting the most out of their Team


• Has previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality


• Can work a flexible rota, including weekends

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supervisor or Assistant Manager to develop their career and grow with Aromi.

Pay: £28,000\.00\-£32,000\.00 per year
