We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team at CLOUDS, our small, independent dim sum restaurant in the heart of Bristol.
We opened in late 2024 and have spent the last 18 months building a warm, supportive culture with a focus on great food, thoughtful service, and a values\-led approach to hospitality. We use quality, organic and free\-range produce, and carry our ethical and environmental principles across everything we do – from sourcing to service.
This role would suit someone who loves working in a team, thrives in a busy hospitality setting, and is looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to help keep the business running smoothly – supporting them with admin, day\-to\-day systems, and helping to lead the team during FOH shifts. As an Assistant Manager, you will be championing our company values and ethos through everything you do, from excellent customer service to friendly management of the team, and everything in between.
If you’re looking for a varied role that balances restaurant service shifts with behind\-the\-scenes operations, and want to be part of a fun, kind and growing team, we’d love to hear from you.
We are currently structuring the role and determining the available hours we are able to offer for this position; as such we are open to both full time and part time applicants, with a rough minimum of 20\-25 hours per week, with potential to go up to 35 hours per week.
