Assistant Guest Relations Manager
We are looking for a talented and passionate full\-time Assistant Guest Relations Manager to join our Guest Relations team at the award\-winning 5\-Star Deluxe hotel – The Connaught.

The Role:
As Assistant Guest Relations Manager, you will work under the direction of the Guest Relations Manager and the Director of Rooms, and hand in hand with the Front Office team to ensure highest guest recognition and satisfaction before, during and after their stay at the Connaught.
Responsibilities:
You will prepare the necessary report such as VIP list and Activity Report as well as working very closely with agents, bookers and guests to ensure that all requirements during their stay is obtained and executed seamlessly. You are also expected to cover shifts as and when required and assist colleagues in the department.

This is a full\-time role requiring 40 hours per week.
