Assistant General Restaurant Manager
Leopardo is a Neo\-Neapolitan\-style pizza/ pasta Restaurant that has already proven a great success in Glasgow with brilliant guest reviews and scooping Best Pizza and Best Pizzeria finalist awards withing the first year of opening.
Leopardo's Neo\-Neapolitan\-style sourdough pizzas are made using the finest Italian and Scottish ingredients; with delicious leopard\-spotted crusts that come from being cooked in at ultra\-high degrees in specially imported ovens.
Highly organised, ambitious and hard working managers with flair and personality to match are encouraged to apply. The successful applicant will join the upper management team of an award winning local company with an outstanding track record in Scottish hospitality.
Starting rate of pay £14\.00 per hour, rising to £19 per hour, after service charge and tips will be offered to the right candidate and discussed at interview \- as well as the added perks, great free meals, discounts and free on site parking.
Roles and responsibilities will include supporting the General manager with\-
- Management of FOH and Kitchen team.
- Rotas, Sales forecasting and budgeting (RotaReady)
- Opening and closing procedures including cash up.
- Hands on shift management.
- Stock ordering and management (Procure Wizard)
- Key holder responsibilities.
- Training and development of managers/ supervisors and FOH staff.
- Approximately 42 hours a week over 5 days.
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Background in hospitality and customer service
