Assistant General Manager STACK

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager to lead and oversee multiple departments within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in management across hospitality sector. Duties

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to various teams, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.


• Supervise and mentor team managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.


• Develop and implement organisational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimise efficiency.


• Manage organisational budgets, analyse performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports for senior managers.


• Coordinate cross\-departmental projects to enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness.


• Maintain high standards


• Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure deadlines are consistently met through excellent time management.


• Lead recruitment efforts for managerial roles, participate in interviews, and assist with onboarding processes.


• Ensure compliance with health \& safety regulations and organisational policies at all times.

• Proven management experience with a strong background in managing teams within the hospitality sector. Must have at least 2 years experience in a high volume site.


• Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative environment.


• Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.


• Proficiency in organisational tools such as Zonal; Fourth experience is preferred.


• Must hold a personal license.


• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.


• Organised approach to problem\-solving with a focus on delivering results within tight deadlines. Pay: £33,500\.00\-£36,000\.00 per year
