Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Supervise and motivate staff, including front\-of\-house and kitchen teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all departments.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, training programmes and performance evaluations to optimise team efficiency.
- Assist in resolving operational issues promptly and effectively, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Assist in managing budgets, monitoring expenses and achieving financial targets; support in analysing performance data to optimise operations
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent team management skills.
- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel management is highly desirable.
- Competence in serving guests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
