We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Finlay's Holmfirth.

We are looking for a strong individual who has experience in working with the General Manager running large scale hospitality businesses, excellent team management, good food knowledge and operational experience across restaurant service.

Assistant Manager Role:

  • Oversee the day to day running of the restaurant alongside the General Manager

  • Liaise with the senior team to develop the business as a whole

  • Uphold strict hygiene, health and safety protocols

  • Organise training and development of all staff

  • Work alongside the Head Chef to create unique experiences for customers

  • Ensure the maintaining of high standards throughout the business

Candidate Specification:
  • Must have Management experience

  • Have excellent management skills

  • Be able to motivate and lead a team

  • Good communication skills required

  • Have a professional and friendly manner

  • Work as part of a team and independently

Pay: £27,000\.00\-£29,000\.00 per year
