Why Amazing Grace?
This isn’t a desk\-based management role.
Amazing Grace is about hospitality, atmosphere, music and creating memorable experiences, so we’re looking for a manager who enjoys being part of the action.
One moment you might be briefing the team ahead of a busy service, the next you’re helping deliver an event, speaking with guests, supporting the bar or making decisions to keep the operation running smoothly.
We want our AGM to be more than someone who simply runs shifts. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, have genuine input into the operation and play an important part in developing the team and the venue.
