Are you passionate about cocktails, premium drinks, and creating exceptional guest experiences? We're looking for an energetic and driven Assistant General Manager to support the day\-to\-day operations of Bar82 and help lead our team to success.

What You'll Do

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily venue operations.


• Lead, motivate, and develop front\-of\-house teams.


• Maintain outstanding customer service standards and guest satisfaction.


• Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and memorable experiences.


• Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management.


• Ensure compliance with licensing, health \& safety, and company procedures.


• Help create a positive, high\-performance culture within the venue.

• Previous management or supervisory experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment.


• A genuine passion for cocktails, spirits, wines, and the drinks industry.


• Strong knowledge of beverage trends and cocktail culture.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.


• Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, customer\-focused environment.


• Commercial awareness with a hands\-on approach to operations.


• Personal Licence holder (desirable but not essential).

• Work in a vibrant and dynamic venue.

Pay: £14\.00\-£16\.00 per hour
