Assistant Front of House Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Front of House Manager to join our growing team at Vera Artisan Bakery.

This is a hands\-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast\-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. You will support the day\-to\-day running of the front of house operation, lead and motivate the team, and help maintain the high standards that our customers have come to expect.

Key Responsibilities Support the management of daily front of house operations Lead, motivate and develop the front of house team Ensure excellent customer service at all times Train and support team members to maintain high standards Assist with staff scheduling and operational planning Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally Maintain cleanliness, presentation and compliance standards Work closely with the kitchen and bakery teams to ensure smooth service Lead by example and actively participate in service during busy periods.
