As the hotel's Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations. This includes recruiting. managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, developing menus, maintaining inventory and budgets, and enforcing health and safety regulations.
You'll be responsible for the two restaurrant outlets \- Holiday Inn branded menu Firin \- our turkish restaurant with an average of 250 covers per days across the two. Aswell as breakfast, room service the 3 meeting rooms spaces.
The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills, as well as a deep knowledge of food and beverage industry standards and best practices.
