Duties

• Assist the Cafe Manager in coordinating daily operations to ensure smooth service and high\-quality food and beverage delivery


• Supervise and motivate team members, including baristas, servers, cooks, and bartenders, fostering a positive and productive work environment


• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency, quality, and safety standards


• Manage food production activities, ensuring timely service and proper presentation of menu items


• Support bartending duties by preparing drinks accurately and efficiently while maintaining responsible alcohol service practices


• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and cleanliness standards through regular inspections and staff training


• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting


• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols


• Experience in bartending, serving, or barista roles is highly desirable


• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team


• Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations


• Previous experience in hotel or restaurant environments preferred


• Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude toward guest service and teamwork
