What you’ll do:

• Lead, motivate, and inspire your bar team.


• Work collaboratively with the Bar Manager on team briefings, 1:1s, and performance development


• Take ownership of stock management, including accurate ordering, cost control, and maintaining an excellent cellar


• Create the perfect atmosphere – think lighting, music, and great service!


• Work across the main bar and cocktail bar to deliver smooth, top\-quality service


• Recommend products with confidence and engage with guests

Who we’re looking for:

• A natural leader with energy and passion for delivering a fantastic guest experience


• A warm, friendly, and driven personality who loves working in a team


• Previous hospitality management experience is essential


• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a fast\-paced, high\-volume environment
