To qualify for this position, we ask the following:


  • Hands\-on, hard\-working and effective

  • Experience in a similar position

  • Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus

  • Willing and able to work flexible shifts, including occasional late hours

  • Able to look beyond daily operations and understand the full event journey from planning to execution and post\-event completion

  • Creative thinker with a proactive mindset and the ability to contribute new ideas

  • Eager to take part in projects that help develop and improve the department together with management

  • Responsible approach towards stock control (F\&B and equipment), upkeep of equipment and meeting rooms, and staff scheduling, all in close cooperation with management

What are you going to do in this position?

As Assistant Banqueting Manager, you play an important role in supporting the full lifecycle of our events. From preparation and planning to execution and aftercare, you ensure everything runs smoothly and to the highest standard. You help coordinate teams on the floor, support operational decisions and make sure guests experience seamless events.

In addition, you take an active role in overseeing stock, equipment and meeting rooms, as well as supporting the planning of staff schedules together with management.
