Assistant Accountant *Luxury Lifestyle Firm*

The Finance team are a sociable, engaging team supporting a customer-centric and cutting-edge multi-entity Business Function. The team are looking for an Assistant Accountant to support their Financial Controller in a broad and busy role.

Your new role

• Update Accounts Payable ledgers with invoices across multiple currencies


• Supplier statement reconciliations


• Prepare payment files


• Bank reconciliations


• Aged creditor reporting


• Accruals / prepayments at month end

What you'll need to succeed

• 1 to 3 years' experience in an AP focussed transactional finance or accounts role.


• Proactive, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work unsupervised.


• Good team player, able to work effectively within a small team where ad hoc tasks can arise.


• Flexibility and a willingness to get stuck in are key.Experience of working with multiple currencies.


• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to colleagues.
