Assistant Accountant

4 days a week, Tuesday – Friday, 9:30am – 5:00pm

Office based in Bexley

Competitive Salary

Our client based in offices in Bexley are looking for an assistant accountant to join their growing team! This is a fab opportunity to join a welcoming finance team and be apart of an expanding and thriving business.

Key Duties:

  • Prepare management accounts

  • Applications for payment

  • Issuing sales orders

  • Retention tracker

  • Project costs actual vs budget

  • Financial analysis by client

  • Bookkeeping

  • Involvement in payroll

Experience/ qualifications needed:
  • AAT or similar qualification is essential

  • ACCA or CIMA preferred

  • SAGE 50 accounts professional knowledge.

  • Previous finance role in construction business is desired.

  • Understanding of CIS, reverse charge VAT& retentions.
