Assistant Account Manager - Construction

Job Summary

We are a small business specialising in a new construction method for extensions, houses and small commercial buildings. We remove the need to dig foundation trenches filled with concrete by using helical piles and a construction ring beam.

We are led by a Structural Engineer and a Director of Operations.

We are about to start marketing and the small team need help to communicate with customers, especially new accounts, provide estimates and quotes for them, and then manage the sales process to ensure they pre\-pay for the work and are happy during our work for them.

Duties

• Look after new and existing customers so they feel cared for and confident in our business.


• Help us target new customers with our exciting new construction product.

Skills

• Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to the construction industry to support outreach efforts


• Customer service orientation with a focus on building long\-term client relationships


• Experience in telemarketing or direct sales within the construction sector is a plus

Pay: £15\.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1\.0 – 15\.0 per week
