People Solutions are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative / Production Operative to join our well-established client based in Desford.
Immediate starts available. Monday to Friday working, weekly pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities to secure a permanent position.

As an Assembly Operative / Production Operative, you will receive:

As an Assembly Operative / Production Operative, your duties will include:
- Working with acrylic and plastic materials to manufacture display items for shops and supermarkets
- Packing finished products ready for despatch
- Syringe gluing, hot melt gluing, heat bending and buffing
- Following production specifications and quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Supporting the wider production team as required
To be successful as an Assembly Operative / Production Operative, you will need:
- Good communication skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Reliable and self-motivated approach to work
- Flexible attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous experience working as an Assembly Operative with acrylic or plastic products
- Experience using syringe or needle gluing techniques
- Previous product assembly and heat bending experience
- Full training provided with ongoing support throughout your assignment
