Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

• Manage sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to maximise revenue.


• Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving complaints, and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette.


• Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure time management is optimised across shifts.


• Support administrative duties including stock control, reporting, and maintaining organisational records.


• Lead by example in demonstrating strong communication skills and professional conduct at all times.

• Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within bar/restaurant environments.


• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster collaboration.


• Effective communication skills are highly advantageous for engaging with diverse clientele and staff.


• Demonstrated sales management experience, with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.


• Proficiency in managing time efficiently to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.


• Previous experience in hospitality management or related fields is essential.


• Organisational skills combined with good phone etiquette to ensure professional interactions at all levels.
