Area Sales Manager - Leics & Lincs

Job Summary

Established in 1942, EMPO is a not\-for\-profit Landlords Association that works to support \& represent the needs of the Private Rented Sector across the East Midlands. We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Area Manager to develop our membership across Leicestershire \& Lincolnshire and expand our market presence. In this role and supported by our office in Nottingham, you will be responsible for hosting events, seeking out new business partnerships, and recruiting new members. Working primarily from home and in the field, you will normally spend one day a week at the Nottingham office.

Duties

• Develop relations with local authorities. and other stakeholders in the PRS.


• Organising and Hosting regional events to educate \& recruit new members.


• Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.


• Coordinate campaigns with the marketing team to promote events \& membership.


• Presenting to landlords at events organised by other stakeholders.

Pay: £35,000\.00\-£37,000\.00 per year
