Area Operations Manager, Welwyn Garden City

An exciting Area Operations Manager role with a salary of up to £39,000 plus bonus and career progression opportunities for a permanent role based in the Welwyn Garden City, Potters Bar and surrounding areas.

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Area Operations Manager with an immediate start at a market leading, dynamic and renowned property, technology and innovative, technology\-based car parking company. Euro Car Parks is a market leading, renowned UK business, established over 50 years ago. The company operates over 3500 sites across the UK and Ireland providing specialist services to a wide range of blue\-chip clients.

The Area Operations Manager role is a key role within the company as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a geographical area which will cover a number of sites within the North of London area. Working as part of a successful team with other Area Managers in this key area of our business.

Duties will include:

· Leading and inspiring front line operational teams

· Multi\-site management via remote management means

· Visiting sites and frontline team members

· Effective management of the team

· Interacting with customers/clients at all levels

· Creation and management of budgets within financial parameters

· Leading training, development and people succession planning

· Regional Duty manager weekend cover (1 in 8 weekends)

The ideal applicant will have a full UK driving license (essential) and ideally live within the Welwyn Garden City and Potters Bar location and be able to manage sites across the area
