What you’ll be serving up…

  • Inspiring, motivating and managing teams across multiple locations to achieve outstanding performance

  • Managing budgets effectively, identifying opportunities to drive financial growth and maximise profitability

  • Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues and key stakeholders while maintaining clear and effective communication across all sites

  • Producing management reports and working collaboratively with clients to deliver innovative, customer\-focused menu solutions

  • Ensuring full compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, Health \& Safety legislation, environmental policies and all relevant legal requirements

  • Promoting a culture of safety, wellbeing and duty of care for both customers and colleagues

  • Proven experience managing and developing teams across multiple sites

  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the confidence to build positive relationships at all levels

  • A proactive, self\-motivated and innovative approach to problem\-solving and continuous improvement

  • Previous experience within multi\-site contract catering

  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and driving performance
