Architectural Technical Sales Representative

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Architectural Sales Consultant to join our expanding Dublin team
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a passion for architecture, design, and premium construction products. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, self\-build clients, and high\-end developers, helping deliver exceptional glazing solutions while building a long\-term career within a growing premium brand.
About the Role
Based between our Leopardstown showroom and client sites across Dublin and surrounding areas, this role combines specification sales, showroom consultation, and project development.
You will guide clients through the design and selection process, develop relationships with key industry professionals, and manage projects from initial enquiry through to secured order.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, self\-build clients, and residential developers
- Drive specification sales across premium residential and architectural projects
- Conduct showroom consultations and present tailored glazing solutions
- Advise clients on systems, design options, and technical specifications
- Attend architect meetings, site visits, and CPD presentations
- Manage project enquiries from lead stage through to order placement
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
- Support the continued growth of Prestige within the premium glazing market
- Proven experience in glazing, façade systems, aluminium systems, windows \& doors, or construction sales
- Strong technical understanding of architectural glazing systems
- Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills
- Commercially focused with a consultative sales approach
- Organised, detail\-oriented, and self\-motivated
- Experience working with architects, developers, or high\-end residential clients
- Full clean driving licence
- Experience with systems such as Reynaers, Schüco, APS, Aluclad, or similar premium systems
- Existing relationships within the Dublin architectural or residential construction market
- Experience managing high\-value residential projects
- Competitive salary€120,000 OTE with performance\-based incentives
