Apprentice Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Apprentice to join our team and support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands\-on experience in a fast\-paced marketing environment while working toward a nationally recognized qualification.

You’ll assist with digital marketing, content creation, social media, analytics, email campaigns, and more—helping us grow our brand and reach new audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline)


• Assist in managing social media channels: creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with audiences


• Help write and edit content for blogs, newsletters, websites, and promotional materials


• Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track performance


• Assist with email marketing campaigns, including copywriting and reporting


• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems


• Research market trends, competitors, and customer insights


• Contribute creative ideas to marketing meetings and brainstorming sessions


• Provide administrative support to the wider marketing team

• A keen interest in marketing, digital media, or communications


• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Good attention to detail and time management


• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok)


• Basic understanding of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus


• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace


• A team player with a positive attitude

• Real\-world experience in a professional marketing environment


• On\-the\-job training and mentorship from experienced marketers


• Exposure to a variety of marketing channels and tools


• A recognized qualification upon successful completion of the apprenticeship


• A strong foundation for a career in digital marketing, content creation, or brand management

• Must be eligible for an apprenticeship (typically no prior qualifications in marketing above Level 3\)

Pay: From £15,600\.00 per year
