Apprentice Dental Nurse

Backwell Dental Care have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated apprentice/trainee dental nurse to join our fantastic team. Backwell Dental Care is a private dental practice with a small NHS Contract who passionately believe in providing high quality dental care and excellent customer service. Located in Backwell just 10 minutes south of Bristol with reliable transport links and good local communication.

Backwell Dental Care is well regarded for its high standards and excellent patient care. We offer all aspects of general dental surgery as well as:

• Implants


• CEREC


• Facial Aesthetics


• Sedation


• Invisalign

We are fully digitalised practice with CBCT and Itero scanner.

Hours: Full time plus one Saturday per month on a rota basis.

The role as a Dental Nurse:

• Dental Nursing


• Support the Clinicians and Reception team to provide excellent patient journey


• Decontamination, preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment


• Stock control and ordering

Key qualities:

• Well\-presented and articulate


• A positive and friendly personality


• Calm with an ability to work under pressure


• A team player who can work independently

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:

• GCSE in English and Math


• Customer Service Experience


• You must be able to build relationships and provide empathy to patients.
