Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and personable Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using CRM software such as Salesforce or other platforms.
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and providing relevant information about our services.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential clients via phone or email to confirm appointments and answer preliminary questions.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and update client information regularly within CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimise outreach strategies and improve appointment conversion rates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional, courteous approach at all times.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to engage confidently over the phone.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.
