Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients, promoting our services and generating interest.

  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.

  • Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to log interactions, update client information, and track appointment status.

  • Follow up with potential clients via phone or email to confirm appointments and answer initial queries.

  • Maintain organised records of all outreach activities and client interactions in accordance with company procedures.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimise appointment setting strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish, adapting messaging as needed for different audiences.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.

  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is advantageous.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Confident telephone manner with the ability to engage prospects effectively.

  • Ability to work independently whilst contributing positively to team objectives.

  • Previous experience in customer service or appointment setting roles will be considered an asset. This role provides an engaging environment for motivated individuals looking to advance their careers in sales and client management within a professional setting.
Pay: £12\.23\-£15\.00 per hour
