Are you passionate about supporting communities and resolving complex neighbourhood issues? We're looking for an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour and Enforcement Officer to join a busy Neighbourhoods team on a temporary basis.
This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in creating safer, stronger communities by managing anti-social behaviour cases, supporting residents, and working closely with partner agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage anti-social behaviour, harassment, hate crime and related enforcement cases
Act as the first point of contact for customers experiencing neighbourhood issues
Build effective relationships with police, local authorities and community partners
Gather evidence, prepare legal documentation and attend court proceedings where required
Provide advice and support to customers and colleagues on enforcement matters
Promote positive neighbour relationships and sustainable tenancies
What We're Looking For:
Experience within social housing or a related field, ideally dealing with anti-social behaviour cases
Experience managing challenging situations and conflict resolution
Knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation and housing management practices
Understanding of anti-social behaviour, harassment, domestic abuse and hate incident legislation
Experience of court procedures and legal casework
Strong customer service and communication skills
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
