  • Lead the conceptualisation and delivery of culturally relevant brand experiences that strengthen brand affinity, working closely with Partnerships and Social teams to drive measurable commercial and reputational impact.

  • Lead store opening events and activations, delivering press coverage, increased footfall, and high\-impact cultural and UGC moments by partnering with influencers and creative collaborators to deliver bespoke activations that extend reach and deepen engagement.

  • Oversee key experiential spaces, including the Kings Road pop\-up store, managing brand takeovers and curated retail activations.

  • Develop and deliver a customer events programme, designing high\-touch, loyalty\-driving experiences that deepen community connection and translate directly into advocacy and commercial return.
Brand Strategy, Cross\-Functional \& Commercial Leadership
  • Manage EU Press \& Events strategy, translating global brand direction into locally relevant, culturally resonant PR and events initiatives that strengthen brand positioning across diverse EU markets.

  • Lead cross\-functional collaboration with Social, Marketing, Retail, and Creative teams to ensure fully integrated campaign execution and cohesive brand storytelling across all channels.

  • Own commercial accountability for PR and events activity, defining KPIs, setting success metrics, and ensuring delivery against agreed commercial and brand outcomes.
Insights, Budget \& Team Leadership* Own performance analysis across PR and events activity, using insights, media coverage, and ROI tracking to inform strategic optimisation and future planning.
  • Deliver clear, senior\-level reporting and trade analysis to support leadership decision\-making, presenting data\-driven recommendations with confidence.

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the PR Executive and PR Assistant, providing structured workflow management, clear direction, and ongoing development support while fostering a high\-performance, collaborative team culture.
