Analytics Product and Programme Manager

The post holder will lead agile, product\-led delivery for EM\-ACE, ensuring that advanced analytics and data

science work is focused on high\-value problems, delivered iteratively, adopted by users and evaluated for

measurable benefit. This is not a traditional waterfall project management role.

The role requires a senior data professional or transformation leader with strong understanding of

analytics/data science delivery, product management, benefits realisation, stakeholder influence and practical

organisational delivery.

The post holder will turn complex operational problems into prioritised use cases, maintain the EM\-ACE

backlog and roadmap, coordinate multidisciplinary delivery, unblock risks and dependencies, and ensure that

products demonstrate value, reusability and learning across EMAP.

• Lead the EM\-ACE product and delivery operating rhythm: discovery, prioritisation, sprint planning,

demos, retrospectives, decision logs and benefits tracking.

• Ensure work focuses on small numbers of high\-impact, reusable use cases rather than fixed\-scope

project plans that produce late or theoretical outputs.

• Connect senior stakeholders, operational users, data scientists, data engineers, analysts, information

governance teams and FDP partners so that delivery keeps moving.

• Demonstrate value through early usable outputs, adoption evidence, benefit measures, learning loops

and a strong month 8 business case for scale and sustainability.
