About the Role

We are looking for an analytical and detail\-oriented Analyst \- Wealth Manager Remuneration to join our Finance team on a 12\-month fixed\-term contract .

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our Wealth Managers and Partner Firms are remunerated accurately, efficiently, and in line with contractual and regulatory requirements. Joining during a period of business and remuneration transformation, you will support the ongoing evolution of our remuneration and affiliation frameworks while helping to deliver an excellent experience for our Wealth Managers.

Working closely with the Wealth Manager Remuneration Manager and Head of Wealth Manager Remuneration, you'll combine financial expertise, analytical insight, and stakeholder collaboration to strengthen reporting, improve processes, and support sustainable business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare accurate and timely remuneration statements and payments for Wealth Managers and Partner Firms, ensuring all deadlines and control requirements are met.

  • Work closely with the month\-end reporting team to ensure remuneration\-related journals are posted accurately.

  • Support the resolution of remuneration queries from Wealth Managers and Partner Firms, partnering with colleagues across Finance and the wider business to provide timely and effective solutions.

  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data, process, and control issues, escalating risks where appropriate and driving long\-term improvements.

  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of management information and reporting to support decision\-making and business performance.

  • Collaborate with Finance colleagues on reporting and system developments, including enhancements within CODA, TM1, and Tableau.

  • Support the transition from legacy remuneration structures, helping ensure a smooth implementation of new remuneration frameworks.
What We're Looking For

Qualifications \& Experience

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.

  • Up to three years' post\-qualification experience.

  • Experience in a remuneration, financial analysis, finance business partnering, or financial control environment.

  • Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Asset Management experience would be advantageous.

  • Experience communicating financial information to non\-financial stakeholders.
Skills \& Attributes
  • Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into clear business insights.

  • Proactive and inquisitive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Experience with TM1 is desirable but not essential.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a changing environment.
