Air Conditioning Service Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting air conditioning systems across various settings. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance of Air Conditioning equipment, contributing to comfortable indoor environments and energy efficiency. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail\-oriented, and possesses a strong mechanical aptitude with leadership qualities to guide maintenance activities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably


• Diagnose faults accurately using technical diagrams and schematics; perform necessary repairs promptly


• Lead maintenance teams during complex equipment repairs or system upgrades, demonstrating leadership and technical expertise


• Repair or replace faulty components such as compressors, fans, filters, and electrical parts to restore optimal system performance


• Interpret technical drawings and schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively and plan repair procedures


• Maintain detailed service records, including inspection reports, repair logs, and maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with safety standards

Experience

• Proven experience working with air conditioning systems in construction or facilities management environments


• Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC equipment and associated electrical components


• Familiarity with schematics, technical diagrams, and system manuals for troubleshooting purposes


• Hands\-on experience with equipment repair, installation, and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems


• Construction experience is a plus, especially related to building infrastructure or mechanical installations
