AI Test Engineer

Overview

NCG is seeking a Senior AI Test Engineer to join our ITES sector team in England. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our AI\-driven solutions, aligning with our commitment to innovation and excellence. The Senior AI Test Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing test plans that validate and verify AI algorithms and systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards. This position involves collaboration with cross\-functional teams to ensure integrated AI solutions are robust and effective, contributing to the overall success of our projects. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in AI testing to drive improvements in our testing processes and methodologies, enhancing the quality and performance of our products. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior engineers and contribute to the strategic direction of AI testing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for AI models and algorithms.


• Collaborate with AI developers and data scientists to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.


• Automate testing processes using industry\-standard tools and frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy.


• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues promptly.


• Conduct performance testing of AI systems to ensure scalability and reliability under different conditions.


• Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and improvements for future reference.


• Stay updated on the latest AI testing tools and methodologies and integrate them into the testing processes.


• Mentor junior test engineers, providing guidance and support in AI testing best practices.

Requirements

• 3\-6 years of experience in AI testing or related fields, with a strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.


• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C\+\+ for test automation and scripting.


• Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.


• Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.


• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and version control systems like Git.


• Excellent communication skills to articulate testing strategies and results to technical and non\-technical stakeholders.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Education

Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is required.
