Position: AI Platform Engineer
Location: Remote
Job Summary: As an AI Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and evolution of internal AI\-powered products and platforms. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to design, build, and maintain scalable solutions that leverage Generative AI technologies and modern software development practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain internal products and platform components powered by AI.
- Build and integrate applications leveraging LLMs and AI services.
- Support the operation and continuous improvement of AI solutions, including monitoring, debugging, and optimization.
- Develop APIs and backend services that enable AI\-driven use cases.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Contribute to the implementation of simple, scalable, and maintainable architectures.
- Integrate AI providers, external APIs, and different technology services.
- Ensure software engineering best practices, including clean code, testing, and documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of the platform and share technical knowledge across teams.
- Stay up to date with AI trends and identify practical opportunities for improvement.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in software development.
- Experience with Python and/or TypeScript.
- Knowledge of API development, including REST, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
- Experience in backend or full\-stack development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience integrating external APIs and services.
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
- Pragmatic problem\-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a strong desire to continuously learn and grow in the AI field.
